Browsing, accessing and using the GRUP MASMAC S.L. website confers the status of user. The GRUP MASMAC S.L. website provides a wide range of information, services and data. The user is responsible for the correct use of the website. This responsibility extends to:

Contracts concluded electronically in which a consumer is a party shall be deemed to have been concluded in the place where the consumer has their habitual residence.

Electronic contracts between businesses or professionals shall, in the absence of agreement between the parties, be deemed to have been concluded in the place where the service provider is established.

Intellectual and industrial property

GRUP MASMAC S.L., in its own right or as assignee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights to its website and to the elements it contains (including, by way of example, images, sound, audio, video, software or text; trade marks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, and the computer programs needed for its operation, access and use), all owned by GRUP MASMAC S.L. They are therefore works protected as intellectual property under Spanish law, and both Spanish and EU regulations in this field apply to them, as well as the international treaties on the matter signed by Spain.

The SSL CERTIFICATE provides authentication, privacy and security of information between GRUP MASMAC S.L. and the user.
