Web design and digital experiences

A website that knows what its visitors need to find.

At Mariona Agency we design and build websites that connect brand identity with a clear user experience. We work on architecture, content, design and development under a single direction. The aim is for every visitor to understand what you offer, find the information that matters and know how to take the next step.

The experience starts with the content

A website can have many sections and still fail to explain what the company offers. Before designing screens, we define who it is for, what they need to know and which journey makes sense for each goal.

We organise pages, messages and examples of work so that navigation feels natural. Then we develop the visual language and the interactions, keeping them closely tied to the identity and the content. The mobile version is part of the project from the start, with its own conditions for reading, use and loading.

How we think about websites

A website can have many sections and still not explain what it offers.

We organise content and journeys before designing each screen.

Visitors understand the offer and quickly see where to go next.

Animation: loose pages joined by criss-crossing links fall into a clear architecture, from the home page to each section; then an orange path takes the visitor from the home page to a project and on to the contact page.

Clear Flow and Human First

Clear Flow

A clear website means fewer decisions: every page has a job and every link goes where it promises. We define architecture, content and journeys before designing, and test navigation on mobile from the start.

Human First

We design for people who arrive not knowing you, and with little time. We tell them clearly who you are and what you do, and make the next step easy when they are ready to take it.

What the project brings together

  1. Architecture and user experience

We define the content map and the main journeys. We give each page a job and avoid duplication that forces visitors to choose between unclear options.

  2. Content and visual design

We work on hierarchy, copy and images together with the layout. The design has to put the information and the brand’s work centre stage, with rhythm and room to read.

  3. Development and editing

We build the pages and features included. The content management system is chosen according to what the team will need to update and maintain after handover.

  4. Review and go-live

We check navigation, forms, device adaptations and the technical points in scope. Go-live is planned alongside the content review and coordinated with whoever is responsible for the domain and hosting.

Ready for people and search engines

A clear heading structure, internal links and readily available content all help a website make sense. We work on these SEO foundations together with a clear offer and solid proof. A website has to be able to evolve, so we separate the launch from maintenance and from ongoing work on content and visibility.

How we build the digital experience

  1. Understand

We review the business, its audiences, the goals and the state of the current website.

  2. Clarify

We define the structure, the priority content and the features.

  3. Design

We develop pages and their behaviour with real content.

  4. Refine

We check responsiveness, navigation, readability and technical performance.

  5. Launch

We coordinate go-live and the agreed handover or training.

Web and photography

Macbor

For Macbor we brought web design and development together with the photography of its range. The art direction of the images was planned alongside its digital applications, so every model is presented with one consistent approach.

Questions about web design

Can you redesign a website without losing its useful content?

Yes. First we take stock of pages and materials to decide what to keep, improve or reorganise. If URLs change, the project has to map old addresses to new ones and include the redirects needed.

Does the website include SEO and visibility in AI answers?

We can include the agreed technical and editorial foundations. Indexing, rankings and appearing in generative answers depend on external factors and ongoing work; they are not guaranteed simply by publishing a website.

Will we be able to update the content?

We define that need at the start, so we can choose the system and design its editing fields. We also agree the handover, training and maintenance the project should cover.
