The challenge
As an SAP Gold Partner, NTT DATA wanted to thank its clients with a gathering worthy of the annual SAP Sapphire conference in Barcelona. The brief called for a distinctive experience for more than 150 people, in a venue with a character of its own and no room for improvisation.
The approach
Mariona Agency devised an evening at the Fundació Miró that brought culture and client relationships together: a guided tour of the museum, a cocktail dinner and a live violinist.
The result
We coordinated the itinerary, the menu and the guest management as one continuous experience, which gave NTT DATA a memorable evening with its clients in the midst of SAP Sapphire.
