Mariona Agency, the strategic and creative agency from Barcelona, organised the Adam Foods sales conventions of December 2023 and December 2024, held in two different venues, with which the group’s sales network kicked off each new year. The 2024 edition, in Sitges, brought together more than a hundred and thirty attendees, with a plenary room and breakout rooms, accommodation, a visit to the Codorníu cava cellars, a gala dinner with music bingo and a DJ, transfers and merchandising.

One sales network, one shared challenge.

The project

The challenge

Every year Adam Foods brings its sales network together to present the objectives for the following financial year. Each edition had to combine work and celebration, with a room that lived up to the message and all the logistics taken care of for the attendees.

The approach

Mariona Agency organised the December 2023 and December 2024 editions, each in a different venue. In 2024, in Sitges, it took care of the venue, with a plenary room and breakout rooms; accommodation for the attendees; the audiovisual set-up for the plenary; coffee breaks and lunch; a visit to the Codorníu cava cellars with a historical tour, a train ride and a tasting; the gala dinner with music bingo and a DJ; shuttle transfers and merchandising.

The agency team coordinated each event on site, from the attendees’ arrival to the close.

The result

Two conventions with the same underlying idea: that all the sales network had to do was be there. Work in the room, moments to share and a night of celebration, with a single point of contact for everything.
