The challenge
Frit Ravich wanted to thank its team in a tangible way: by opening the factory to their families and turning a visit into a safe and memorable experience inside a working plant.
The approach
Mariona Agency conceived and produced the whole day: guided tours of the factory and logistics centre, activities for all ages, decoration, product tastings and photo and video coverage.
