RACC · Sales meeting 2026
Mariona Agency, the strategic and creative agency from Barcelona, worked with Dacara Corporate on RACC’s 2026 sales meeting and created its concept and look: Level Up, a visual universe inspired by video games, carried through to the screens, the opening video, the graphic pieces and the presentations, with stage management during the event.

The idea
Levelling up.
A new year told as a video game: pixels, characters and levels to talk about objectives. The same idea on the entrance screen, on stage and in every presentation.

The day
Every talk, a level.
A sales meeting told as a game.
The project
The challenge
RACC was bringing its sales teams together to kick off 2026. The meeting needed an idea that would give the year energy and carry through every piece, from the entrance to the stage.
The approach
Together with Dacara Corporate, Mariona Agency proposed Level Up: the language of video games—pixels, characters and levels—to talk about growing and beating targets. The agency created the event identity, the opening video and the screen teaser, the photocall, the wristbands, the save the date and the presentation template, and prepared the speakers’ presentations.
The result
One story from start to finish: the big screen in the lobby welcomed attendees with Level Up, the photocall invited them to hit “Press Start” and in the auditorium every talk was told as a level. Mariona Agency also handled stage management during the meeting, in coordination with Dacara Corporate.
